Broadmeadows campus Workshops offered at this campus can include: Animal Studies: Activities in this workshop can include simulated pet CPR and using a hydro-wash bath on a dog. Automotive: Activities in this workshop can include changing a tyre, welding simulation and taking apart a lawn mower. Building and Construction: Activities in this workshop can include constructing a birdhouse or bookends. Electrical: Activities in this workshop can include feeding a cable through a conduit to replicate a common workplace scenario or soldering. Engineering: Activities in this workshop can include imprinting sheet metal. Health: Activities in this workshop can include checking pulses, heart beats, infection control and hand sanitisation. Hospitality: Activities in this workshop can include making mocktails, tempering chocolate, baking bread and assembling rice paper rolls . Justice:  Activities in this workshop can include assessing a simulated crime scene and memory recall. Music:Activities in this workshop can include partaking in the Kangan Institute band's practice and using instruments. Plumbing: Activities in this workshop can include joining pipes and fittings. Security: Activities in this workshop can include items screening through a detector.

Docklands campus Automotive themed workshops offered at this campus can include: Auto Electrical: Activities in this workshop can include creating a test light. Paint and Panel: Activities in this workshop can include designing and printing a personalised decal bumper sticker. Auto Basics: Activities in this workshop can include basic car maintenance overview (changing a tyre, checking oil etc). Auto Combination: Activities in this workshop can include a demonstrations of start of the art equipment including the Vehicle Emissions Lab (VEL) and use of the simulated welder. Moonee Ponds campus Workshops offered at this campus include: Aged Care: Activities in this workshop can include working with medical grade mannequins and other activities designed to give participants a greater understanding of the care required for the elderly.  Allied Health: Activities in this workshop can include checking pulses, heart beats, infection control and hand sanitisation. Disability: Activities in this workshop are designed to give participants a better understanding of how physical impairments can affect those with disabilities.  Community Services: Activities in this workshop are designed to give participants a taste of a day to day classroom activity students studying Community Services would likely undertake.  Nursing: Activities in this workshop can include bandaging, basic CPR on mannequins and a tour of the hospital simulation classroom.
