Animal Studies
If you love caring for pets and are considering a career in animal studies, our courses provide you with the practical skills and knowledge to be able to provide professional health care and well-being to animals.You will gain skills in animal care management, reception duties, communication, basic animal care, hygiene, animal welfare, nutrition, Occupational Health and Safety, team work, animal handling.
Veterinary Nursing
Do you enjoy working with animals and have the patience and confidence to care for them? Our courses will give you the skills to be able to provide support to veterinarians and assist animals receiving medical and surgical treatment. The Diploma of Veterinary Nursing (ACM50219) is the newest addition in this field of study giving you the skills to advance to a management role within a veterinary clinic.

In this course you will learn about the ethical and legal responsibilities in relation to animals and animal handling, and how to handle animals in a gentle way that minimises their stress.
VETERINARY NURSING >
This industry qualification is for people operating as veterinary nurses within veterinary clinics. Candidates should expect that access to a veterinary clinic whilst undertaking study for this qualification will be essential for meeting assessment requirements.
