HORTICULTURE >

These courses will provide the knowledge and skills on which to build a successful career in the horticulture sector. Training focuses on practical skills required including: plant selection, soils and nutrition, as well as safety with chemicals.
LABORATORY TECHNIQUES >

In this course you will achieve the skills and knowledge to perform aseptic techniques, microscopic examination, microbiological tests, food tests, chemical tests, and biological procedures.
AGRICULTURE >

These courses are tailored for those who are interested in growing food whilst managing the natural environment.
CONSERVATION>

This qualification will allow you to investigate and broaden your knowledge of the entire ecosystem and its related sectors
PARKS AND GARDENS >

This course provides the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain open space areas in parks and gardens.
LANDSCAPE DESIGN  >

These industry qualifications are for people wanting to pursue a career as a landscape gardener or designer. Training will focus on practical skills like landscape costing, construction methods, and plant and soil selection and care.
FOOD PROCESSING (MICRO-BREWING) >

The Certificate III in Food Processing will introduce you to the practical aspects of micro-brewing with underpinning knowledge to produce a great brew!
